Support
Two ways to get help.
No queue number and no chatbot. If you have an account, the support screen inside it is the faster route, because the ticket arrives with your business attached. If you do not have one yet, write to us.
Where to write.
Inside your account
Support is a screen in the app, on every account and at no extra cost. Open a ticket, say what it is about โ general help, billing, a module, a bug, a suggestion โ mark it urgent if it is, and follow it as it moves from open to in progress to resolved. Luuqo's reply appears on the ticket itself.
By email
Not a customer yet, or locked out of the account you have? Write to us. It is the same address the app itself sends to, so it reaches the same people.
We do not publish a response time, and we would rather say so than promise one we have not measured yet.
What to put in the message.
None of this is required. It is what turns two days of questions into one answer.
- Your business name, as it is spelt in Luuqo.
- Which module, and which screen โ the title at the top of the page is enough.
- What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if the screen shows it better than a sentence can.
- The receipt or booking number, if it is about one of those.
- Whether it is stopping you selling right now. Say so plainly, and mark the ticket urgent.
Two answers you can get yourself.
The activity log in your account records changes to your items, sales, bookings, staff and roles โ who did it and when, for the last 30 days.
The catalogue on this site describes every module in full, including where each one stops.
